A Hungarian Sports Business Association (MASÜSZ) and the Association for Healthier Workplaces (EMEGY) have entered into a long-term, strategic partnership to make the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of professionals in the sports industry a central element of industry development.
The partnership aims to create a workplace culture in the sports sector where well-being, health, and inspiration are core values. As part of the partnership, the parties will jointly implement the SportWellbeing360 program, a comprehensive and sustainable development initiative to support the well-being of professionals in the sports industry.
The SportWellbeing360 program – for healthy workplaces in the sports sector. The program combines the worlds of sports, health, and work. Its goal is to promote a balanced, health-conscious lifestyle, strengthen workplace communities, increase motivation and performance.
The program's message: „The foundation of success is well-being.” - The initiative focuses on professionals working behind the scenes in the sports industry – coaches, office workers, sports organizers, and sports association professionals – without whom the successes of sports would not be possible.
